To optimize our personal performances we outsource much of our staff efforts. However, the tight management of our group, office, transaction documentation and paperwork, closings, etc. is one of the strongest features of our group business model.

Jim ranks in the top 5% of metro Atlanta area Realtors. He is the Getzinger Group founder, and is its benchmark for professionalism and dedication. This blend of expertise affords him exceptional insight into every aspect of buying and selling a home, expertise that results in achieving the very best results for every client. Jim is an alumnus of the University of Colorado, where he was also a top achiever.
After graduating from The University of Georgia with an emphasis in Advertising, Jared began working with 7 new home builders. He was part of 35 contract sales his first year and truly fell in love with real estate. Jared then focused on the intown markets and is currently ranked in the top 10 at RE/MAX Intown.
Jim GetzingerJW brings 25 years of combined real estate and design/build of luxury homes, which expertise he has used to achieve Re/Max top producer recognition on a regional level. A graduate from Temple University with a major in Economics and minor in Real Estate, his qualifications are complete.
